Hi, I'm Amanda Hart, a Top Net Selling Agent at RE/MAX Northwest. Originally from Oregon, I’ve served many regions throughout the Pacific Northwest, holding both Oregon and Washington licenses since 2015. After relocating to the Tri-Cities in 2019, I focused on new construction sales for nearly 5 years, which provided me with in-depth knowledge of residential homes and set me apart from the average agent. This specialized experience has given me a unique perspective on the ins and outs of the building process and how it impacts homebuyers and sellers.
Over my 10 years in the industry, I’ve been privileged to sell over $82 million in real estate, with $69 million of that in South Washington, with an average of 39 units per year. This experience has allowed me to take my expertise back into general real estate, where I serve homeowners, buyers, and investors again. My goal is to create a less stressful experience for my clients by catering to their needs, putting their interests above mine 100% of the time, and ensuring their journey doesn’t feel like just another transaction, but an experience with a newfound friend.
